Description

Trollhättan City, Service Administration, is now looking for a Project Manager/Team Leader for the Technical Unit to lead the expansion of parks, roads, water and sewage, electrical networks, and city networks for the city's administrations and subsidiaries.

The administration consists of two operational areas, the Office of Meals and Cleaning and the Office of Production and Service.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks include:

• Receiving assignments
• Planning, leading, and distributing tasks
• Purchasing materials
• Planning internal and external resources (contractors, machines, and trucks)
• Planning upcoming projects with clients
• Conducting cost follow-ups and forecasts
• Making simple calculations and cost estimates
• On-call duty/winter duty may be included

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant technical education or equivalent documented experience. We expect you to have at least two years of previous experience in managing construction projects and leading staff. You should have good computer skills and have worked in Unit4 or similar financial systems.

Meritorious

• Experience with calculation work in systems like Bidcon
• Category C driving license

You are confident in yourself and stimulated by collaboration with skilled and driven colleagues.
